About Me

Hello! I am Donna, an award winning cookie artist for Donna's Designer Cookies. My husband and I recently traded our tractor in East Texas for a golf cart in the DFW area. I am married to the love of my life and mother to two grown kids and a wonderful daughter in law. I was inspired to start decorating sugar cookies while watching a Food Network baking competition. Duff Goldman said instead of hiring bakers, he hires art students to decorate his cakes. Having always been pretty artsy, it made me wonder if my artistic ability would translate to cookies. I gave it a whirl and found a new love... where art meets sweets.
